The practice behind the platform

Separating a public education platform from a private practice, so both could grow on their own terms.

Personal-brand-led wellness and therapeutic practice is a growing category in India, as demand shifts toward individualized, trust-based work rather than generic wellness content. That shift raises the bar on brand discretion and credibility, a public education platform and a private one-to-one practice need to read very differently.

The challenge

Karishma’s existing platform, Soul Katha, had built real credibility in parenting and emotional wellbeing education, but it didn’t distinguish that scalable public work from her deeper, one-to-one therapeutic practice, or reflect the trust and discretion that private work demands.

The approach

Ran brand discovery and strategy to formally separate the two, Karishma Erraballi for the private practice, Soul Katha retained for scalable public offerings, then built the identity, messaging, and website for the new personal brand, followed by a full launch campaign and an ongoing content and social strategy retainer.

The outcome

The practice launched under its own name with a consistent identity across every touchpoint, and the partnership has continued as an ongoing brand and content strategy retainer since.

“Karishma Erraballi's testimonial is coming soon.”
